The Thumbguitar is a solid-body idiophone shaped like the body of an electric guitar.
Born from the combination of Danilo Raimondo’s ideas and mine, this instrument features a large number of crystalline tines amplified by a piezo pickup, while its ergonomic shape unlocks playing techniques that would not be possible on a conventional kalimba.
